Teleporte users can open Sera4 locks with a 4-digit access code that is generated by Teleporte administrators. This code can be entered with the Teleporte mobile application, even if the user doesn't have a Teleporte account.

Requirements
- Enterprise Teleporte license
- Padlock must have FSU enabled
To access the Virtual AccessPad mode, detect a nearby lock in the Teleporte mobile application and select the AccessPad option in the 3-dot menu.
Enter the access code with the virtual keypad shown on the screen. Select the option to AUTHORIZE and wait for the connection to complete.
If the code is correct, the mobile application will show the option to open the lock.
