Open a lock with Virtual AccessPad - Android

Teleporte users can open Sera4 locks with a 4-digit access code that is generated by Teleporte administrators. This code can be entered with the Teleporte mobile application, even if the user doesn't have a Teleporte account.

Requirements

  • Enterprise Teleporte license
  • Padlock must have FSU enabled

How to open a lock using AccessPad?

To access the Virtual AccessPad mode:

  1. Detect a nearby lock in the Teleporte mobile application
  2. Swipe the lock left to access the "Options" menu
  3. Click on the "Options" menu
  4. Select the "AccessPad" option in the menu displayed

  5. You will be prompted to enter the FSU code shared with you.
  6. Once you provide the code, the app will connect with the lock. Remember that you need to be close to the lock so the app can properly communicate with it.

  7. If the validation is successful, you will be redirected to the Lock page, in which you can perform all lock operations.
