Teleporte users can open Sera4 locks with a 4-digit access code that is generated by Teleporte administrators. This code can be entered with the Teleporte mobile application, even if the user doesn't have a Teleporte account.

How to open a lock using AccessPad?
To access the Virtual AccessPad mode:
- Detect a nearby lock in the Teleporte mobile application
- Swipe the lock left to access the "Options" menu
- Click on the "Options" menu
- Select the "AccessPad" option in the menu displayed
- You will be prompted to enter the FSU code shared with you.
- Once you provide the code, the app will connect with the lock. Remember that you need to be close to the lock so the app can properly communicate with it.
- If the validation is successful, you will be redirected to the Lock page, in which you can perform all lock operations.
- If the code is not valid, the app will present the following message:
