I don't have a key
- Please, follow these instructions to request a key: Request Access to a Sera4 Lock
- If the administrator/supervisor has confirmed that you have a key, then verify that your smartphone has data connectivity to download the assigned key.
- Select the key icon in the app to see the keys assigned to you. Make sure the access period (valid from | valid until ) of the corresponding key is valid.
