Teleporte Account Roles

Teleporte accounts can be assigned the following access roles:

  • User: Access to the mobile application to download assigned keys and operate Sera4 locks.
  • Administrator: Full access to the Teleporte web interface, including management of users, locks, keys, and system settings.
  • Access Manager: Limited access to the Teleporte web interface for access management tasks, including key assignment and user account creation.
  • Configuration Manager: Limited access to the Teleporte web interface for system configuration tasks, including lock grouping, naming, and tagging.
