Mobile Application Requirements

Requirements to start using the Teleporte mobile application

  1. Teleporte account
    To access the AP3 padlock, it is essential to have a Teleporte account registered with your email address. Teleporte is the software platform developed by Sera4. Once you have registered your account, you will receive an email containing instructions to set up a password. If you have not yet created a Teleporte account, please reach out to the administrator of the site you wish to access. 
  2. Download the Teleporte mobile application

    If you have not done so already, download the Teleporte mobile application onto your Android device from the PlayStore or onto your iOS device from the AppStore.

  3. Start a mobile session in Teleporte 
    Log in to the Teleporte mobile app by following the instructions in this page.
