How can I create an account within Teleporte?

To create a Teleporte account, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Your Supervisor or Teleporte Administrator:

    • Reach out to the supervisor or Teleporte administrator within your organization.
    • Request the creation of a new Teleporte account.
  2. Account Creation Process:

    • The Teleporte administrator will initiate the account creation process for you.
    • Once the administrator completes the registration, you will receive a welcome email from Teleporte.
  3. Welcome Email Instructions:

    • Open the welcome email you receive from Teleporte.
    • Follow the instructions provided in the email to create a password for your Teleporte account.

Important Note: Our support team is unable to create user accounts in Teleporte. Also, there is no direct user registration option within the Teleporte platform. Please coordinate with your supervisor or Teleporte administrator for Teleporte account creation.
