Teleporte offers four account roles or types with different levels of access. Administrators have full access to the platform, while Access Managers and Configuration Managers focus on specific administrative responsibilities. Users only have access to the features available through the Teleporte mobile app.
Teleporte Web Account Permissions
Administrator
Administrators have unlimited access to the Teleporte platform. They can manage users, keys, locks, sites, lock groups, and other platform settings. They can also export reports and have access to all the history on the platform.
Access Manager
Access Managers are responsible for assigned keys and creating users in Teleporte. They can manage access without making configuration changes to the platform.
Configuration Manager
Configuration Managers configure the Teleporte platform. Their responsibilities include customizing locks and creating and configuring sites. They are not responsible for assigning keys.
User
Users only have access to the functionality available through the Teleporte mobile app. They can open and close locks, check in and check out, take photo notes, and submit support tickets.
