Job Tracking is a feature of Teleporte designed to streamline the check-in and check-out process during site visits. In this article, we will explore a specific scenario in which a user does not have a key and must request check-in authorization to receive a key.
Requirements:
- A stable data connection
- Teleporte Mobile 7.1+ (Android or iOS)
Check-In
Upon arrival, users should initiate the check-in process by opening the Teleporte mobile application while in close proximity to the lock they intend to access.
Users can proceed to open locks after they have successfully checked in.
Check-Out
Users are required to check-out before leaving a site. As part of check-out, Teleporte verifies that all the locks closed and a photo note has been submitted for each of the locks that were opened.
A photo note has to be submitted with the Teleporte app after closing each lock
