Inventory

The inventory feature in the Teleporte app allows you to effortlessly create lists of lock IDs by scanning the QR codes on each physical lock.

Step-by-Step Guide

Adding Locks To The Inventory List

  1. Sign in to the Teleporte App

  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) on the left side.

  3. Select Inventory from the menu.

  4. Tap the + (plus) sign to start scanning locks.

  5. If prompted, grant the app camera access.

  6. Point your camera at the QR code sticker on the lock.

  7. Continue scanning locks one after another on this screen.

  8. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen for each successful scan.

  9. If you scan a lock that is already in the list, a notification will inform you that it’s a duplicate, and it won’t be added again.

  10. Once finished, press the back button to view the complete list.

  11. The app will display the total number of scanned locks and their IDs.

Copying or Sending the List

  1. Tap the arrow icon on the right of the inventory list to open the options menu.

  2. Select Copy to Clipboard to copy the list. You can paste it anywhere on your device.

  3. Select Send via Email to open your email app with the list already pasted into the email body.

Clearing or Deleting Items

  1. Tap the Clear Inventory button to delete the entire list.
  2. Swipe the item you want to remove to the left.
  3. Tap the Delete button that appears.
