# I forgot my password

### Android

1. Open the Teleporte mobile application, and select the option **Password**.

2. Select the option "**Forgot Password?**" on the *Add Account* page.

3. Enter the email address that is registered to your Teleporte account and click on **Reset Password**.

4. The system will send you an email with instructions to setup a new Teleporte password.
