      I forgot my password

      Android

      1. Open the Teleporte mobile application, and select the option Password.

      2. Select the option "Forgot Password?" on the Add Account page.

      3. Enter the email address that is registered to your Teleporte account and click on Reset Password.

      4. The system will send you an email with instructions to setup a new Teleporte password.
