How do I add a lock to my Teleporte organization?

You have bought a Sera4 lock, but when you sign in to your Teleporte portal you don't see that lock listed in the Locks page. In that case, please email your lock ID to cx@sera4.com and ask for it to be moved. 

For security reasons, these moves can only be performed by Sera4, following a series of checks. This kind of request should be rare, but you should not hesitate to send this request.
